Life is stressful. Each new day we are confronted with a vast array of reasons for our blood pressure to rise higher than the tower block buildings we force ourselves to sit in, just so we can watch the clock drip time like tears from eyes which never get sore, never redden, and never relent. On top of the internal struggles between our thoughts and inner demons there are many external influences which play their part in fatiguing the body and the skin.
